When I read something like "best restaurant in town since 1988," I think "tourist trap."
But Luxury Travel Guest Author Michael Hiller reports that Sydney's longtime superstar restaurant, Quay, keeps the greatness going.
"Quay's setting in Sydney Harbour is eternal and simply exhilarating," says Mike. (Need evidence? See his pic above.)
And Quay's genius chef, Peter Gilmore, keeps the kitchen fires burning bright. Mike's prediction: "You'll want to try everything."
"But your best bet is to allow Gilmore to select your tasting menu," he advises. "My Quay dinner left me completely awed by its breadth and depth."
The only thing Quay will trap is a lifelong memory.
